BATANG AI
Filming aktivities in Sarawak until now march 2015,still less so far,
similarly in Peninsular Malaysia. What is certain, in Sarawak understood,
several films will be made here after the AIFFA (Asean International Film
Festival and Award) meeting, started from may or june this year.
Meanwhile, let me upload few
pieces of picture that might be wonderful for
movie making locations.
BATANG AI.
Located in Sri Aman Division of
Sarawak, in the eastern Malaysia on the island of Borneo. It is located in
Lubok Antu, some 250 kilometers east of Kuching. Access is possible by chartering
a boat, as water is the main method of transportation in the area. The lake
creates a beautiful environment and gives a sense of peace and tranquility. The
local inhabitants are mostly Iban, and tours to nearby Iban longhouse are also
a tourist diversion.
